Newspaper cuttings and correspondence relating to a proposal to change the time of the Society’s meetings. The proposal was to move them from 8.30pm to 5pm. A number of Fellows opposed the change and wrote to state that as they wouldn’t be able to attend the vote they wished to express their support for the meetings to remain at 8.30.
