Bundle of papers relating to the response to the Ancient Monuments Protection Act. There is a published report on the memorials of Greater London, a Times article on the legalities of other countries whose legislation in relation to monuments could be considered to improve that of the UK.
There is also some correspondence discussing using case studies of Carfax Tower (as a planning request to reface it had been recently rejected) and multiple sites in Ireland along with translations of the law in other countries as case studies to have amendments made to the existing bill.
