These documents were intended to help standardise the input from local secretaries to the Society. They include listed questions on recent archaeological finds in each area and instruction expense sheets. There are also a number of responses to these, all in a standardised format beginning with ‘in accordance with your instructions’ before detailing recent finds in a dated format.
