Multiple copies of a printed sheet of letters sent to the Society, proposing changes to the timings of the meetings of the Society, suggesting they be reduced and amended to allow members to attend the meetings of other Societies, 11 of which also meet on Thursdays. A W Franks proposes to see if ‘the zeal and energy of our present Director would improve the attendance at the meetings’ and proposes a reduction to two meetings a month.
