Mentioned in the minutes for 1 March 1849: https://collections.sal.org.uk/sal.02.040.010
A paper by Joan R Kirk on the Bronzes discovered at Woodeaten, Oxon briefly mentions a bronze scroll discovered at Farley Heath in comparison to similar finds:

There is no confident trace of the object or drawing in any public collection based on the description of it as part of a sceptre. However, the original letter mentions that it is in the possession of Henry Drummond and describes it as bronze and depicting crude human figures, animals and writing believed to be Anglo-Saxon in origin. Henry Drummond donated a copper alloy strip found at Farley Heath, listed as an Anglo-Roman headband, and depicting similar imagery to that described, and this object is currently on public display at the British Museum: https://www.britishmuseum.org/collection/object/H_1936-0311-1?selectedImageId=922876001
