Letter from Antony Hamilton giving a history of the heart of Lord Arthur Capell of Hadham, who was executed by Parliamentarians in 1649 and requested that his heart be preserved and reburied with the body of Charles I in the event of a restoration of the monarchy. The letter states that the heart now resides in the family vault.
