It is mentioned in Archaeologia Vol 15 p.411 that the drawing was presented to the Society but it doesn’t appear listed currently in the online collections.
One drawing of the gate produced in 1803 is now in the Norfolk Museum collection:

The full paper itself doesn’t seem to have been published by the Society.
