Printing plate depicting a stained glass window with two angels supporting the cross, from Lincoln Cathedral; with aquatint trials and signs of repoussage on reverse.
This etching was published in volume II of Fowler's prints, which contained twenty-seven hand-coloured etchings of stained glass.

On the reverse of the plate are four areas with aquatint trials, three of which have floral or geometric patterns. One of those also has Fowler's monogram and is dated '1802'.

Digitised thanks to the kind donation of Dr Richard Goddard FSA.
