Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting two sides of a Roman lead sling-bullet from Perugia, Italy; oval in shape; engraved with a legend referring to 'Atidius primipilus of the Sixth Legion' on one side, and a thunderbolt design on the other. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper attached to surface.
