Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting iron hat or helmet from Davington Priory, Kent; in a bell shape, consisting of a series of plated iron squares, and applied onto two pieces of canvas joined together. Signed 'Cleghorn' at the bottom right. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper attached to surface.
