Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting bronze spearhead from Derbyshire; leaf-shaped and with a straight-edged socket; with its section view at the bottom. Signed 'CPraetorius' underneath the socket. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: engraver's stamp on surface in blue ink, with small patches of printer's waste paper.
