Square wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting a seal from the signet ring of Thomas Rainborowe (Rainsborough), a Civil War-era parliamentarian and New Model Army soldier; showing a shield divided in two, one side showing three heads divided by a chevron, and the other side a larger head within a grid. Ink residue remaining on surface.
