Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting fifteenth century monumental brass rubbing from church in Ampton, Suffolk; showing a female figure in a robe and wearing a headdress, with hands joined; and a shield, divided in four, containing coat of arms underneath. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper with print of image on the obverse attached to surface.
