Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting reproduced illustration of a broken bronze sword from near Stockbridge, Hampshire; with a convex body; its bronze chape from the scabbard end engraved to the side; with a hole at the top for a rivet. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: manufacturer's stamp of surface, along with unattributed handwritten number and small carved letter.
