Square wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting silver seal matrix of the Mayor of the Staple of Westminster, from the late-fourteenth century; showing the keys of St. Peter crossed at the centre within a quatrefoil device, and woolsacks at each lobe; with legend. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: manufacturer's stamp on surface, along with a small carved letter.
