Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting bronze censer from church in Limpsfield, Surrey, decorated with ornate weaving ribbon with vertical lines, a central band terminating at both ends with joins, and additional decorations beneath the band of horizontal crosses within quadrilateral blocks. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste attached to surface with probable handwritten publication reference; another handwritten inscription is covered by paper underlay.
