Square wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting silver Anglo-Saxon fibula, or brooch, found in Cambridgeshire, with punched concentric ornaments and four gold studs. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper attached to surface, covering a handwritten inscription in black ink.
