Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting an impression of the signet ring of Charles I; with a central device of the arms of England, France, Scotland and Ireland within a shield and surrounded by a garter; with a crown at the top; the letters 'C' and 'R' to either side. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper attached to surface.
