Rectangular wooden printing block showing:-
Obverse: carved and engraved design depicting an arm bone of a deer or horse, the end of which has been cut off and incised with filiform marks, found at the Roman London Wall; hypothesised as functioning as a stand for brass wire cuttings. Ink residue remaining on surface.
Reverse: printer's waste paper attached to surface.
