Remarks on the Inscription on an ancient Cup belonging to the Family of MacLeod
The Four divisions on this sheet of paper are intended to represent the Four sides of the Cup which is of a Square form, it seems to have been calculated rather for religious rather than domestick [sic] uses. On the inside of each of the four corners towards the rim we see IHS
