An Antique Bust in cornelian set in silver, with the following inscription:
+ IGNOTA : NOTO :
From the hole in the top of the rim, it seems to have been a pendant ornament and occasionally used as a seal, the Legend may signify that it was sent as a Present from a Lady unknown to an Abbot of Welbeck. It was found in the year 1793 in widening the Lake at Welbeck near the House.
