ROMAN RELICS,
Discovered March, 1867, in a Field between Sileby and Barrow-on-Soar, in the County of Leicester, belonging to Messrs. John Ellis & Sons, and consisting of an AMPHORA, two feet in diameter and two feet six inches in height, of a capacity of 15 gallons; also, three GLASS VESSELS, containing calcined human bones; and two iron or bronze folding LAMPS.
Presented to the Leicester Town Museum.
