The representation of a Monument found in digging ye foundations of a house in ye Fryers gardens, within the Walls of the City of York, in August 1770; of which a particular account has been sent to the Society.
It is of a fine kind of grit-stone, in length 3 feet, depth 2 ft 1 Inch, and 7 Inches in thickness.
