Scope and content
Small case containing about 27 small unbound groups of handwritten notes, diagrams, rubbings and photographs relating to mainly Roman but also some pre-Roman late Celtic coarse clay plain ware, including oil lamps, bowls, rubbings of graffiti on coarse pottery, cups, lids, unguentaria, cheese squeezers and strainers, tiles, Germanic pottery, crucibles, dishes and flat plates, gritted ware, beakers, vases, cooking pots, furrowed ware, vats, storage and transport vessels, urnae, handles pots, flagons and ewers.
