Hardback notebook containing miscellaneous research notes on churches and altar sites in areas from Sussex - Worcestershire, listed alphabetically. There are floor plans, handwritten notes, newspaper clippings, printed articles and photographs. Some have minimal detail while other entries are fairly detailed and cover the histories of the locations themselves. There is a detailed history of the seven ancient churces of Hastings, a pamphlet produced by the Sussex Archeological Society on Lewes Castle as well as one on the churches of Droitwich and a short newspaper clipping on the origins of the name 'Birmingham'.
