Hardback notebook containing miscellaneous research notes on churches and altar sites in towns within Kent, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. There are floor plans, handwritten notes, newspaper clippings, printed articles and photographs. Some have minimal detail while other entries are fairly detailed and cover the histories of the locations themselves. There is transcript on inventories and expenses for the church at Smarden from the years 1530-1563.
