Handwritten and typed research notes relating to altars around the country, with ranging from full descriptions of the altars at a given site to records of arrangements for candles to be lit on altars in perpetuity during mass in exchange for lands and payments. There is also an inventory for the All Saint's Church, Bristol taken in 1457 and details of the renovations of St. Peter Ad Vincula ordered by Henry III.
