- Foreign Office Consular and Diplomatic Reports Miscellaneous Series no. 576 1902, Cd.787-12 'Report on the mineral resources of Greece', with, loose, another copy of Annexe IV 'Map illustrating principal known marble areas'. Pamphlet, with 1 loose sheet.

- cutting of 'Antiquaries' Notes', a piece on 'Roman Silver' (an ingot found in 1910 near Pulborough), Southern Weekly News, 9 April 1910.

- Three ink drawings on two cards, annotated by Gowland for publication: 'size of furnace. Arch 57 - p 118 fig 2'.
These appeared in his article 'The early metallurgy of silver and lead', Archaeologia 57 (1900), fig 10, p 392.
- Ink drawings on a card, captioned 'Prehistoric Crucibles' and numbered 1-11, with red ink note 'Pl. II'.
This appeared slightly amended in Gowland's Huxley Memorial lecture for 1912, 'The Metals in Antiquity', printed in Journal of the Anthropological Institute 42 (1912), plate XXVI.
