Chapel of St Mary Magdalene, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Interior of the chancel, looking towards its west door. This doorway was resited from the nave to the chancel arch when the nave was demolished in 1861, thereby becoming the entrance to the chapel. A wall memorial reads: 'Sacred to the memory of the Revd John Jones late Minister of this Place who departed this life Octo. the 11th 1792 aged 40 Years. Reader repent before it be too late, And trifle not upon the brink of fate'.
