The Buildings of England, Gloucestershire 1. 1999, p169 ‘… the fine and interesting late C12 N doorway has been reused. It has capitals and abaci with ribbed palm-leaves, beaded chevron beneath a billeted hoodmould, and a plain tympanum cut through with a later trefoiled arch.’
See GLS/02/0480 for a similar view with some stone decay to the top of the billets in the hoodmould and with a wire mesh door.
