Part 2 of 3 bound volumes relating to monumental brasses in Essex, this comprising a single bound volume of handwritten notes arranged in alphabetical order (F-P) of place names and including an index with numbered pages. Generally includes a description of the brass, its location, size and inscription. Comprises a compilation from various sources. Includes many separately adhered drawings, rubbings and printed plates and hand drawn pedigrees of the Berners of Hertfordshire and Essex (Finchingfield), Sir John Wentworth (Gosfield), Bouchier of Halstead, Fitz-Lewis of West Horndon (Ingrave) including details of arms.
