Scope and content
A number of maps showing the evolution of Suffolk from 1610 to 1838. There are also two handwritten catalogues, one a photocopy of an original by Earle along with a later version (see also EAR/03/02). The maps detail changing boundaries, towns and railway lines. There is also an advert for the sale of shares for the Mid-Suffolk Light Railway Company and an extract from a book, written in French, giving a history of the county.
