The collection includes sketches, watercolours, postcards, prints, plans, newspaper clippings, portraiture and photographs. They detail churches, historic buildings, coats of arms, architectural features, memorial monuments, archeological finds, notable locals and tracings. There is a significant collection relating to the Maharajah Dhuleep Singh, including a signed portrait, a wax seal consisting of the coat of arms designed by Prince Albert granted to him and some related correspondence. All items are mounted on sheets of cardstock.
