Folder containing various types of media relating to the following locations: Kelvedon, Kelvedon Hatch, Laindon, Lamarsh, Lambourne, Langdon Hills, Langenhoe, Langford, Langham, Latchingdon, Latton, Lawford, Layer De La Haye, Layer Marney, Leaden Roding, Leigh-on-Sea, Great Leighs, Little Leighs, Lexden and Leyton. The collection includes prints, portraiture, sketches, watercolours, floor plans, extracts from articles, postcards and newspaper clippings. They detail landscapes, churches and historic buildings, heraldic shields/coats of arms, notable locals, architectural features such as church fonts and staircases, machinery, memorial monuments and church frescos. Also includes extensive plans of Marney tower and a copy of the inscription of a tomb for Julius Caesar. All items are mounted on sheets of cardstock.
