Folder containing various types of media relating to the following locations: Chignal, Chigwell, Chingford, Chipping Ongar, Chrishall, Great Clacton, Little Clacton, Clacton-on-Sea, Clavering, Claybury, Coggeshall and churches in Colchester. The collection includes engravings of stained glass windows as well as portraiture, sketches, prints, heraldic crests, photographs, floor plans, watercolours and newspaper clippings. They detail landscapes, historic buildings, churches, memorial monuments, architectural features, Roman finds and scenes of daily life. Also includes printed images relating to the Armenian home of Chigwell. and a hand drawn floor plan of H. Hicks’ land from 1727 and an article on 'The Hermit of Hainault Forest'. All items are mounted on sheets of cardstock.
