Letter concerns complains made by subscribers of the Archaeological Institution of Rome regarding the delay and irregularities of how often numbers of these publications are received. The sender explains why there are complains and asks the recipient to do him the favour of whether or not they have received the numbers, and, if not, whether they are deficient in any part so that this may be rectified.
