There are draft chapters produced and sent to publishing houses along with letters discussing potential publishing deals, in particular relating to a second edition of a book written by R . C. Hope and first published in 1893. There are also typed and handwritten research notes, a handwritten index of holy wells by county and a few excerpts from published works relating to holy wells.
