This folder contains handwritten notes and correspondence relating to saints and symbolism.
There are 9 numbered packages which include detailed handwritten lists of the Prophets and an alphabetical list of classical and religious symbols in statuary and art, with some drawings.
Pacakges labelled Angels, Apostles, Cross, Vernicle and a small package of drawing of saints' images.
A large package of notes, drawings and correspondence on names of saints and images of saints. This includes notes on Cirencester and emblems/conventional decorations and as list of patron saints of trades.
