The following Fellow was elected: Lieut. Col. Simcoe.

The following Fellow was admitted to the Society: Thomas Leman.

O.S. Brereton exhibited a drawing of a window in Brereton Parish Church in Chester.

Mr. Grim exhibited a curious drawing copied by himself by Order of the Council from the paintings at Hatfield, the Seat of Lord Salisbury.

Rev. Douglas presented the six first numbers of his Nona Britannica.

Rev. Robertson presented a copy of his book on the Parian Chronicle.

Daines Barrington presented a drawing of the Dee Gate at Chester, accompanied by an antique spur.

Mr Schnebbelie exhibited three drawings made by him of stalls in Chatham Church in Kent.
