William Bray gave an account of several antiquities found on a Roman road leading from Southampton to London and exhibited a figure and part of a figured tile.
 
John Henniker gave a dissertation and exhibited several curious Norman Tiles with armorial bearings on them from the Abbey at Caen

Msgr. Plauchet presented a coloured print of a Roman tessellated pavement in the Governor’s garden at Nîmes found in 1785.
