Explanation by Mr Costard of an inscription in Cufic characters on a pillar bought from Alexandria, Egypt.
Revd Dr Milles, Dean of Exeter, presents a paper on the official seal of Richard, Duke of Gloucester, as Lord Admiral of England.
Notice was given of the Anniversary Election of the President, council and other offices of the Society for the forthcoming year will be held on 23rd April.
