Numbered in groups, as follows:- (1-4). Fifty-six deeds mostly relating to lands in Arley Kings and Astley, Worcs., late 13th century-temp. Chas. II. Including deeds of Redstone ferry (2a, b);- (5) Three deeds relating to lands in Feckenham, c. 1280, 29, 30 Edw. III;- (6) Grant of freedom of Bewdley to Richard Hayles of Wyer, Shropshire, 1627;- (7) Order by the bailiff, recorder and a justice of Bewdley for pressing recruits for the land forces and marines, 1706. Three small seals;- (8) Grant by Roger de Arden to William FitzAdam of the land of Waisford (?Washford in Studley, Warws.), mid 12th century;- (9) Grant by John Norman of land next to St Peter's church, Chester, to his sister and her husband, before 1257. Seal;- (10) Indulgence from brother Henry Hyll of the Friars Minor of Gloucester to Thomas Holder and his wife Agnes, 1517;- (11) Small fragment of Letters Patent, temp. Edw. II. Second Great Seal (defective);- (12) Facsimile (19th century) by J. Lambert of Bewdley of a mid 12th century grant by William, Earl of Gloucester, to Willebrord Fitz John.
