Lease for 21 years by Hugh Mason, citizen and grocer of London, to George Davy, citizen and ironmonger of London, of a brick messuage newly built by Mason on a toft of ground purchased from Davy, replacing a messuage formerly occupied by Davy which was burnt down by 'the late dredful fire' situated near Queenhithe in the parish of St Michael Queenhithe, London, with attached schedule of fixtures, including a shop counter.
