Counterpart lease for 21 years by William Brocket of The Middle Temple, esq., to Stephen Matthews of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, shoemaker, of a messuage on the north side of The Strand late in the occupation of John Penn, hatter, abutting west on Brocket's messuage in the occupation of William Sparrow. Seal and tag removed.
