Counterpart lease for 40 years by the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St Peter, Westminster, to William Brocket of The Middle Temple, esq., of 2 tenements, formerly 1 messuage in The Strand or Charing Cross Street, late in the occupation of Mr Cowdry, a druggist, and David Forfar, a hatter, and now of John Penn, a hatter, and (William) Sparrow, a wire worker, on surrender of the previous lease. Signature of William Brocket and fragment of seal imprint.
