Counterpart lease for 21 years by William Brocket to William Sparrow of the parish of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, wire worker, of a messuage on the north side of The Strand near Charing Cross late in the possession of Mary Wadsworth, and late of James Redman, abutting east on a messuage occupied by John Penn, with schedule of fixtures. Seal and seal tag removed.
