Counterpart assignment of lease for 300 years by Anne Barnesby of Lambeth, widow of John Norfolk, late of 'Horsledowne' (Horsleydown), Surrey, shipwright, to George Norfolk, citizen and goldsmith of London, of a parcel of ground in Ficketts field (later Lincoln's Inn Fields) on the lane leading to Temple Bar in the parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, which Edward Clifton, citizen and skinner of London, demised to John Norfolk and his wife Anne on 1 June 1570 (lease recited).
