Agreement between Thomas Cachemayde of 'Byggeswere', Gloucestershire, gent., and John Bramston, citizen and mercer of London, concerning one third part of 2 customary tenements and 2 gardens in St Mary Matfelon without Aldgate (Whitechapel). Cachemayde agrees to surrender this third to the Lord of Stepney manor to the use of John Bramston, who already holds the other two thirds, granted to him by Cachemayde and Thomas Edmonds of Landammes, Gloucestershire, gent.
